Amber is the Office Manager at Texas Roofing & Construction. She has spent over a decade working in the construction and home improvement industry, and along the way she has found that she really enjoys creating efficient processes, solving problems, and building systems that help teams stay organized. Behind the scenes, she focuses on managing daily operations, improving internal processes, and helping the office run as efficiently as possible.

When she’s not at work, Amber enjoys spending time with her three kids, traveling, and anything that challenges her to think strategically. She’s a big fan of board and card games, escape rooms, and other problem-solving activities that require teamwork and critical thinking—always up for a new experience, making memories with family and friends, and taking on a good challenge.

Bob has been in the roofing and construction business for many years, and he really enjoys helping people take care of one of their biggest investments—their home. He’s proud to be part of TRC, where the team believes in being honest, doing quality work, and treating customers the way they’d want to be treated.

Outside of work, Bob is a family guy. He’s married to his wife, Candy, and they have a daughter currently in veterinary school—plus three dogs that keep them busy.

When he’s not working, Bob enjoys golfing and playing hockey. Fun fact: he’s lived in 17 different states before finally settling down in Texas. After all those moves, he’s happy to call Texas home.

Curtis has been a valued part of Texas Roofing & Construction for six years and currently serves as one of our Production Managers. A true jack of all trades, Curtis is always willing to step in wherever he’s needed—whether he’s helping keep projects moving, assisting the team in the field, or lending a hand to a coworker. He’s someone the entire team knows they can count on.

Curtis takes pride in working hard and being dependable both on and off the job. Outside of work, he’s a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his partner and kids. His family is a huge part of what motivates him, and he works hard every day to provide for them and build a great future.

For more than five years, Brad has been part of the Texas Roofing & Construction team, working in outside sales and residential project management. He’s always enjoyed being outdoors, building and fixing things, so roofing and construction is a natural fit.

What he enjoys most is the relationships he gets to build with homeowners and the opportunity to help guide them through what can sometimes be a stressful process. Customer satisfaction is a top priority at TRC, and Brad is proud to be part of a company that truly stands behind it.

Outside of this role, Brad serves his local community as a firefighter—and has for 17 years now. Helping others is something he’s passionate about, both on the job and in his personal life.

Casey graduated from the University of North Texas in 2017 with a degree focused in Real Estate and Economics, and has been roofing since 2017 and a Realtor since 2021. If it’s related to the home in any way, he’s your guy.

He has always loved helping people through stress-heavy processes—from insurance claims to relocating across the country. Knowing he was able to make someone’s life easier is what makes him proud of what he does, and that’s his goal with each and every client. Casey will always go above and beyond to satisfy every need his clients may have.

Outside of work, Casey loves live music and concerts, fitness, football, and being outdoors—so you can catch him out and about somewhere on the weekend.

Nate has been with TRC for 4 years and has enjoyed learning more and more about the roofing and construction industry—navigating every part of the process, from cash deals to insurance claims, with a company that holds customer satisfaction to the highest regard he’s ever seen. The fact that he learns something new with every install is what keeps him motivated to do his best for the customer and for TRC.

He has also been with L3Harris for 5 years and has loved that career in aerospace and defense contracting. With more than 5,000 employees at the Greenville location, TRC’s stellar reviews and history have helped him earn customers through word of mouth—one job helping the other be more successful.

Outside of those two jobs, Nate has a family of four with his wife and two children, ages 3 and 1. They reside in Hunt County, but he services the whole DFW area and up to the state line at Paris, Texas. He loves to hunt and golf in season. It’s always God, family, and his Dallas Cowboys.
